ARTIST STATEMENT

Acrylic paint is used on a piece of wood sized 9" x 9". The fine lines are created using a pen. After the piece is completed it is sanded to give it a worn and faded feel. A coat of varnish is applied over the entire piece in order to maintain its color. A hook is nailed into the back and the artist signs and dates each piece. These pieces are done as limited edition painting, in that multiple renditions are created (though each piece is original and hand painted).
