Sales Tax:
PA residents will be charged an 8% Philadelphia Sales Tax upon checkout.

General – All orders will be processed & shipped within 2-3 business days. All domestic customers will receive an email notification from USPS once your order has been shipped out.  This email will include a tracking# that you can use to track your package on USPS.com.  All international customers will receive an email from us w/ a customs label # & date of shipment.  If you do not receive this notice within 3 days from placing your order, please first check your spam folder & if it is not there, please contact us.

Customers are responsible for providing us w/ the correct shipping address. Please double check to make sure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order.  If the address provided is incorrect, please contact us immediately with your correction.  If the order has already shipped, we must wait for the item to be returned to us & we will then ship it to the correct address. The customer will  be charged an additional fee for shipping/handling.

Rates & Transit Times:  All Domestic orders under $10 will be shipped USPS parcel post which takes approximately 2-6 business days. All  Domestic orders over $10 will be shipped US Priority, which takes 2-3 business days on average to deliver after we ship it out. US Express is overnight to most areas after we ship it out.

International Shipping:

Please note that we are not responsible for any duty charges that you may incur.

All International Shipping Costs on our website are estimates.  Prices are based on weight and size of package & country it is being shipped to.  Larger/heavier items may cost more to ship.  In that case, we will contact you to let you know what the additional cost may be.

We ship either USPS First Class Mail International or Express Mail International. First Class Mail International can take 2-4 weeks to deliver, depending on location.  Express Mail International takes approximately 5 days.

The delivery estimates are how long it takes for USPS to get the package to your country. We have no control over how long items take to go through customs & cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.

Out of stock Items: While we do our best to update our website once an item sells, from time to time we may oversell an item.  We will email you ASAP if the item that you ordered is out of stock.  You can either wait for the item to be back in stock, pick out another item, or receive a full refund.

Damages/Defective Merchandise/Incorrect Item received

Please inspect your package upon receipt.  Contact us immediately if your order has arrived damaged, is defective, or if you received the incorrect item.  We will ship a replacement item or offer you a refund.


You will receive a return/exchange form w/ your shipment.  Fill out the form & send it back w/ your return/exchange.  Once we receive your items, we will contact you regarding your order.  Shipping on returns or exchanges is not refundable.  We do not accept returns/exchanges after 30 days from purchase date.  Items must be returned in the same condition as they were received.

Privacy Policy:

Art Star respects your privacy & would never share the information you provide us.  Your information will only be used for the services requested, such as processing & shipping your order.

Credit Card Security:

All credit cards are processed through paypal, which is a secure site.   If you do not feel comfortable providing your credit card information online, please feel free to call us to place an order over the phone: 215.238.1557.  We accept visa/mastercard/discover.

Payment Plans:

Love a piece of art, but can’t afford to front all the cash at once? No problem – we now offer payment plans!
– Pay 25% down
– Pay in installments that work within YOUR budget
– Pay in full within 6 months
– 50% is non-refundable, unless the work becomes damaged or stolen.
– even if the art is just $100, you can pay in installments!
– upon final payment the art is yours!

Host a Private Party At Art Star!
Our shop is available after store hours for private parties, cocktail hours, trunks shows, etc.  We have a few packages available but are also open to tailoring a package to meet your needs.  Our shop comfortably fits up to 30 people (standing & mingling). Book for 2-4 hours.

Cut & Paste Package
$75/hr will give you our space after hours to host your own private party.  Your guests will receive 20% off all purchases made.  We provide up to two folding tables for your food/drinks & 15 folding chairs.

Stitch & Bitch Package
$150/hr will give you all the above PLUS 1 bartender (you must provide all alcohol).  We will provide non-alcoholic beverages & chips/pretzels.

Cast & Mold Package
$300/hr will give you all the above PLUS 1 Veggie/Dip tray, 1 Fruit tray, 1 Sandwich/Wrap Tray & 1 Cookie/Sweet Treat Tray.  We will also provide 2 bottles of white wine & 2 bottles of red wine OR two cases of beer.

*We can add an artist demo/make & take to any of these levels for an additional $200 fee.
